Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change my password?


To change your password, click the 'My Account' button in top right-hand corner of your homepage, next to the log out button. If you're on a mobile device, please click the three lines in the top right hand corner to show the menu, before clicking on 'My Account'. On the app, click the 'My Account' button on the bottom of the homepage.
The 'Details’ tab will be selected, please enter your new password in the 'New Password' box.
Enter your existing password in the 'Current Password' box below.
Click ‘Save Changes’.

Please note, your password must contain:
  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one capital and one lower case letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one non alpha-numerical character e.g. ! * - /

How do I change my name?


To change the name on your accounts, click the 'My Account' button in top right-hand corner of your homepage, next to the log out button. If you're on a mobile device, please click the three lines in the top right hand corner to show the menu, before clicking on 'My Account'. On the app, click the 'My Account' button on the bottom of the homepage.
The 'Details’ tab will be selected, with the first two boxes showing your First Name and Last Name. To change your name, please change the details in these boxes.
Click ‘Save Changes’.

How do I change my email address?


To change your email address, click the 'My Account' button in top right-hand corner of your homepage, next to the log out button. If you're on a mobile device, please click the three lines in the top right hand corner to show the menu, before clicking on 'My Account'. On the app, click the 'My Account' button on the bottom of the homepage.
The 'Details’ tab will be selected, please change your email address in the 'Email' box.
Click ‘Save Changes’.

Please note: changing your email address in 'My Account' will mean that you will now need to log into your account using this new email address.


How do I know if my actions have been recorded?


To check if your actions have been recorded,  click the 'My Account' button in top right-hand corner of your homepage, next to the log out button. If you're on a mobile device, please click the three lines in the top right hand corner to show the menu, before clicking on 'My Account'. On the app, click the 'My Account' button on the bottom of the homepage.
Your most recent recorded activities will be displayed at the top of your point’s log.
Alternatively, click on the ‘Activity Details’ tab, scroll down to the ‘Points Earned’ section, where your most recent activities will be displayed at the bottom of the table.

How do I unsubscribe from weekly emails?


To unsubscribe from the weekly reminder emails to report your activities, click the 'My Account' button in top right-hand corner of your homepage, next to the log out button. If you're on a mobile device, please click the three lines in the top right hand corner to show the menu, before clicking on 'My Account'. On the app, click the 'My Account' button on the bottom of the homepage.
Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab.
Uncheck the 'Weekly Reminder Emails' box. If you'd like to resubscribe to these emails, please follow these steps and tick the box instead.
Alternatively, you will be able to unsubscribe from this mailing list by scrolling to bottom of your most recent email and clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link.

How do I unsubscribe from monthly newsletters?


To unsubscribe from the monthy newsletter to report your activities, click the 'My Account' button in top right-hand corner of your homepage, next to the log out button. If you're on a mobile device, please click the three lines in the top right hand corner to show the menu, before clicking on 'My Account'. On the app, click the 'My Account' button on the bottom of the homepage.
Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab.
Uncheck the 'Monthly Newsletter' box. If you'd like to resubscribe to these emails, please follow these steps and tick the box instead.
Alternatively, you will be able to unsubscribe from this mailing list by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the email. 

How do I opt-out of an activitiy?


To opt out of an activity, click the 'My Account' button in top right-hand corner of your homepage, next to the log out button. If you're on a mobile device, please click the three lines in the top right hand corner to show the menu, before clicking on 'My Account'. On the app, click the 'My Account' button on the bottom of the homepage.
Click the ‘Activity Details’ tab.
Click the circled ‘X’ button next to the corresponding activity you would like to opt out of.

How do I sync my Fitbit or Strava?


Prior to syncing your Fitbit or Strava, you will need to opt-in to our ‘Step Count' and 'Track the Distance' activity.
Once you have opted-in to the activities, you will need to head to the ‘My Account’ section. To do this, click the 'My Account' button in top right-hand corner of your homepage, next to the log out button. If you're on a mobile device, please click the three lines in the top right hand corner to show the menu, before clicking on 'My Account'. On the app, click the 'My Account' button on the bottom of the homepage.
Click on the ‘Social’ tab. 
Click the ‘Connect’ button next to the Fitbit or Strava icon
Login using your Fitbit or Strava account details. 
Fitbit/Strava will then ask what data you would like to sync to your account, select ‘Allow All’ and then click ‘Allow’. 
You can disconnect your account at any time, by clicking the ‘Disconnect’ button next to the Fitbit/Strava icon.
